Love is Love: Paul + Ben's Palm Springs Couple Session

Paul and Ben are two sweet souls building a beautiful life. In 2020, they moved in together. They got new jobs. They also got a new pup. (so new, she couldn’t join the shoot just yet!) We wanted to take some well deserved time away from busy LA life and the pandemic to celebrate their love and milestones.

We decided to escape to Palm Springs, specifically the iconic windmills in the desert. There’s something about the way the light hits the valley, about how quiet it is in spite of the giant structures, about how it truly is the perfect backdrop to strike a pose.

The photos feel editorial, candid, intimate. We danced around, played with prisms, experimented with perspective, stood still. My favorite sessions are the ones that truly feel like a creative collaboration, and this stylish and retro session now takes the cake.
