Elopement: A Lovely Beverly Hills Courthouse Wedding
April and Harrison wanted to keep things untraditional and easy. And o, how I love them for it.
They opted for a simple Friday civil courthouse ceremony at the Beverly Hills Courthouse. After getting ready together, they showed up as a unit, ready for some sunny portraits in front of the iconic Beverly Hills City Hall (how gorgeous is the building?!). We slowly made our way over to the courthouse. They call LA home but grew up in Miami, and serendipitously Beverly Hills’ architecture and plant game gave off some serious Miami vibes that day.
The day was intimate, personal, easygoing. April’s brother flew in all the way from NY to surprise her. Happy tears were shed. They ended the night with Thai food and karaoke. It was the perfect day.
